My Expertise in Team Building

As owner and founder of Ackley Business Consulting, my role is to assist in the Visioning process and share my experience from 35-plus years of executive teambuilding and leadership. The result, when integrated with each individual’s expertise, skills and knowledge, will be a solid plan for the future and a long-term commitment to the initiative by each member of your team.

The Visioning process we’ll follow together is a direct result of what I’ve learned in complex selling environments, through my successful executive sales and sales leadership roles with an international leader in the “business improvement industry.” My team’s role was to help our Fortune 500 clients improve the performance of people who had direct impact on their growth objectives; their employees, their direct sales force, their distribution network and even their end-user customers.

"The visioning process, which was learned and applied, resulted in many successful careers for my management teams and those they led. More importantly, it helped ensure that our customers’ objectives were successfully achieved."

In addition to applying my experience, I will work to bring helpful insights and a fresh perspective to the brainstorming process, helping to assist you in steering your team away from the pitfalls of tunnel vision. This will allow you to clearly and creatively examine ALL possibilities, and avoid becoming a victim of circumstances.

This effective system is already in place — there’s no need to reinvent the process. While I facilitate the creative sessions, you and your leadership team will be free to focus on your objectives and deliver measurable results through your Shared Vision.

Speaking Engagements Discovering Your Path

Roger’s facilitation of the Visioning process helped strengthen my leadership effectiveness in terms of gaining my account executive’s commitment to achieve our view of an extraordinary future.  At the end of day two, we had not only agreed upon our Vision, but were able to describe it in realistic, achievable terms.  It was real; and three years later we accomplished what we set out to do.  The “no boundaries” brainstorming allowed us to dream big.  Then it was a matter of building the plan that our experience told us would work.

It was a fun, spirited and motivational experience for the whole team and it produced results.
